In May, solicitor and managing director Marcus Johnstone spoke to GB News, The Daily Express, Heart Radio and other media outlets about the murder of Henry Nowak by Vickrum Digwa in Southampton.
Mr Nowak, who was 18-years-old, was murdered by Vickrum Digwa whilst returning from an evening out on 3 December 2025. At the time of his death, Mr Nowak had been handcuffed by police and placed under arrest, despite repeatedly informing officers that he had been the victim of a fatal attack. Mr Digwa was subsequently found guilty at Southampton Crown Court and sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum of 21 years.
The case generated widespread public and media attention, and Marcus was interviewed by journalists about the nature of Mr Digwa’s sentence, the circumstances of Mr Nowak’s death, the alleged role played by the defendant’s family in attempting to cover-up the crime, and the failings in the police’s response.
