Dylan Houghton is head of legal at PCD Solicitors.

A graduate in Law from the University of Oxford, he previously held roles in local government and education before joining our firm.

In his role as head of legal, Dylan is responsible for managing our team of solicitors and sexual offence specialists. This includes reviewing and coordinating cases, advising on defence strategies, and managing relationships with our network of barristers’ chambers and forensic experts.

Dylan also works with clients accused of sexual offences including rape, sexual assault, historic sexual offences, indecent images offences, and sexual offences against children. He routinely attends client conferences and hearings in the Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court.

Dylan’s recent cases include a rape and sexual assault conviction appeal, and a No Further Action decision in an indecent images and child sexual offences investigation.
